Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup

Six Barrel Soda's Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup uses the best ingredients around and is an excellent cold remedy. They mix organic ginger, organic NZ honey, NZ lemon juice and a touch of black pepper for some heat. It is perfect served with hot water for a soothing drink or with sparkling water for a crisp, dry soda with a ginger kick. 

Six Barrel Soda syrups are made in a Wellington kitchen the old-fashioned way from real ingredients. The colours and flavours come from natural ingredients and are sweetened with fair-trade organic cane sugar.
