Chocolate Bar | Hazelnut, Orange & Sea Salt 52% Dark

This bar contains 20% roasted New Zealand hazelnuts; stoneground with Shirl & Moss single-estate cacao, resulting in a soft, buttery texture. The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness. 

The cacao inside this chocolate is the Trinitario varietal. A slightly hotter roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour.

Shirl & Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone grind for up to for 80 hours before ageing our chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory.
