Marlowe Vase | Medium

Named after the potter's daughter Marlowe, this vase by NZ potter Stephen Smith of Author Ceramics is a real statement piece. The soft, sculptural silhouette changes depending on how you position it, and no two vases are the same.

Made in Author Ceramics Coastal blend - a magical white speckle, made by blending white NZ clay with sand from NZ beaches. 

It has a raw natural matte finish on the outside, and a water-tight satin glaze on the inside.

The Marlowe has been designed for large bunches of flowers, perfectly sculpted to allow you to arrange dried, preserved or fresh bunches or simply left as a beautiful sculptural centrepiece. 

Hand thrown on the potter’s wheel, no one piece is the same, giving each piece the chance to be truly unique and one of a kind.

Approx size - 17 cm high and 23 cm wide on the long side
