Payments

Goldie Store Limited (Goldie) accepts payment by credit card and Afterpay. Credit card payments are processed by Shopify Payments. No card details are stored by Shopify Payments. 

All payments are charged in New Zealand currency. Please note that buy/sell international exchange rates can be different depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. The name that will appear on your bank statement is Goldie Store Limited.

Promotional Sales

We don't offer returns or exchanges for any products purchased at a discounted price unless that product is faulty. 

Sign Up Discount Code

Goldie offers a 10% off discount code when customers sign up to receive marketing emails. This code can be issued once against each customer's account. Goldie can use discretion if fraudulent use of this code is suspected and can cancel out the use of the discount or order. This code is issued in good faith as a thank you for your custom, use of multiple email addresses to use this code will result in order cancellation. 

Preorders

Goldie may occasionally advertise items for sale as a preorder. Preorder is defined as payment being made for goods in advance of their delivery, this is offered as a way to secure items which may have high interest or increased chance of selling out. Goldie endeavours to provide as close to accurate estimation of delivery date as possible, however, this is generally at the liberty of third party suppliers so may be subject to change.

Pricing

In the unlikely event that an item is advertised for sale at the incorrect price, Goldie reserves the right to let our customers know that there has been a mistake if an item has been purchased at an incorrect price. Goldie does not have to sell the item for the advertised price in the event that it is a genuine mistake. This is in compliance with the fair trading act 1986. The act protects the consumer against being misled or treated unfairly by retailers. It also protects retailers when genuine mishaps occur with pricing errors.

Made to Order Products

Products which are made to individual customer specifications, including fine art prints, or items which have been ordered in on request can not be cancelled or returned if the customer decides they no longer want the products.

Privacy & Security

Goldie takes customer privacy very seriously. We work with systems to ensure that all of your personal information is protected and only used for its intended purpose. Goldie does not share your information with third parties without your consent and will only send you marketing emails if you have chosen to opt in. All of our payments are processed through our secure payment partners.
