Rural & Waiheke Orders
If you live in a rural delivery area or on Waiheke Island, couriers cost a little more.
We offer a subsidised flat rate of $13 for rural and Waiheke addresses. Please select the correct courier option at checkout, otherwise we will need to contact you to arrange payment which may cause delays.
Order Processing
Orders will be sent within 2 working days.
For those items which are made-to-order, or available pre-order only you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Local Pickup
You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to collect. Orders can be collected from our bricks and mortar store at 27 Rimu Street, Eastbourne during our open hours. If you need to collect an order outside of our open hours we'll do our best to help—please email us at hello@goldiestore.co.nz before placing your order.
Large and Heavy Items
For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs apply. A quote for shipping will be emailed to you before your order is sent. In this case, it is noted on the product page.
Courier Service
The delivery service provider we use is New Zealand Post.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.
Want to sign for It?
Parcels are sent as Signature Not Required. If you want to ensure a signature is required, you must add a note to your order so we can specify this to our couriers.
International Orders
If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase a product from Goldie, please email hello@goldiestore.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping in store and online. If you'd like this, please check the 'complimentary gift wrapping' option at checkout. This excludes large items and items that are on sale.
Sending Gifts Directly to Recipient
We can send gifts directly to your recipient with a handwritten card. If you'd like this, please check the 'Gift Card Message' option at checkout and let us know what you'd like to say. We will use our complimentary branded postcard for this unless you add a greeting card to your order.
Sale Items
Discounted items aren't eligible for complimentary gift wrapping and are sent in plain packaging.
